Request Field Day Sponsorships for your event
IAWA is proud to financially support local communities, conservation professionals, and organizations to host field days. We believe education and information is most effective when paired with hands-on or in-person learning! We have up to $4,000 available per year on a first-come, first-served basis.
We pay for Hard Costs Such as:
- Lunch, coffee, or snacks
- Printing of brochures or other materials
- Speaker fees
- Tent and table rentals
- Sound system rentals
- Bathroom rentals
- Other vendor costs
Field Day Sponsorship Levels
- $750
- $500
- $250
- Or we can directly pay invoices for things like catering (under $750)
- In-kind support (help developing brochures, invites, etc)
Deadlines
Please reach out at least 3 weeks before your event or reach out to a staff member directly if you have an urgent need.
How it Works
Your sponsorship request
Use the Hubspot form below to request a sponsorship you need. Be as detailed as possible, but we understand if some estimates are still coming together. Attach an invoice
Approval by us
Expect a confirmation email that your request has been approved/denied. If you don’t hear from us in a week, something went wrong and you can email admin@iaagwater.org.
Field day hosted by you
Please let us know if you need any other support for your field day like brochures, educational materials, or an IAWA speaker.
Followup by you
After your field day, send us a few pictures and a summary of how it went. Let us know what went well and what could have been improved. We’ll also use this information to support other conservation professionals in planning.
