2025 Water Quality Forum and Trade Show – Southfork Watershed Alliance

Join the Southfork Watershed Alliance for its annual Water Quality Forum and Trade Show! The focus this year is nutrient management and the efficient use of crops to improve productivity and water quality. The evening will be filled with important informational sessions featuring speakers Dr. Dan Andersen, faculty at Iowa State University with expertise in manure management and treatment, water quality, and nutrient cycling in agroecosystems; Mary Beth Stevenson, Watershed and Source Water Coordinator for the City of Cedar Rapids who works with farmers upstream to implement practices that benefit entire watersheds; and Landon Plagge, Latimer farmer and founder of Green Acres Mill oat processor who uses innovative practices and marketing opportunities to improve the health of their farming operation.
