Growing Success on Your Farming Operation

This free crop fair, part of the Iowa Corn Crop Fair Series, gives you direct access to timely information so that your operation can be more profitable. Joining Iowa Corn Growers Association (ICGA) gives you a seat at the table on issues that impact your farming operation. As a result, the agenda for this event is as follows:

  • 8:30 AM Registration.
  • 9:00 AM Shifting Trends in Weather by Elwynn Taylor, Climatologist, Iowa State University.
  • 10:00 AM Cover Crops in Northwest Iowa by NW Iowa Farms and Elyssa McFarland, Soil Health Partnership.
  • 11:00 AM Ag Advocacy by Gary Peterson, Peterson Brother Farms.
  • 12:00 PM Lunch, free to all crop fair attendees.

Success is important to any industry, but furthermore what does success look like for agriculture? Or for your farming operation? Iowa Corn is committed to creating opportunities for long-term corn grower profitability, and that is because they would love for you to join them and industry experts at a 2017-2018 crop fair. Come and learn more about Growing Success on your Farming Operation at one of the regionally held fairs across the state.

This crop fair is located at Paullina American Legion.
